TIER 1

Join me on a divinely guided 4 month journey and experience the deep healing that Reiki and having your own spiritual life coach can give you. This is a very personal and client-led experience.

Release yourself from the shackles of old programming, old patterns, self-sabotage or anything else that keeps you feeling stuck and stagnant.

We work together deeply through your energetic body to discover, heal & release any energetic blockages so you can actually move forward and align to the life that you dream of.

My main goal is to help you open up your own connection to source energy, realize your unique creative powers and then give you the tools you need to create the life that you want to live.

My 4 month coaching programme includes:

  • 1 video call per week, the first call 90 minutes and the subsequent calls 1 hour. These calls are tailored to your current needs.

  • Message support/contact throughout the week.

  • Tasks set by me weekly for you to complete in your own time including a daily practice.

  • You will be sent 1 per week and asked to practice this every day throughout the week. The last 4 weeks you will receive ongoing meditation tuition focussing on silent meditation and the importance of quieting the mind.

  • Each session will be divinely guided with channeled information received by both mine and your guides and Angels.

This journey is a deeply transformative process.

I take you through a series of guided meditations and tailored weekly sessions that incorporate energy healing, Reiki healing, intuitive energy healing, personal channeled guidance and Angel Cards to deliver the support and care that you need throughout this process each week.

You’ll also have access to my one-to-one energy which I don’t make available to everyone. The reason for that is that my energy & time is very precious and I only offer this to clients who are really aligned and fully dedicated to their growth and healing.
